There is no resource around quite like Systemetrics — not in southeastern New England, anyway. In particular, we're known for our special competence and expertise in three important areas.

Customized AS/400 and PC Programming

The first is customized programming. If you want to tune your IBM midrange computer or IBM compatible PC's so they fit more perfectly with the way your company or department does business, we're the ones to call. We've helped hundreds of companies of all sizes with our ability to understand problems and solve them with insight and common sense. We talk the language of business. We're also excellent listeners. We know how to make computers work. And, we know our limitations. Our staff possesses a myriad of skills and capabilities to solve many of your problems. But, one thing we have learned is that in the dynamic world of computers, you can not be everything to everyone. If your needs fall outside of our areas of expertise, we will tell you that and may even be able to provide you with the name of someone who can help you.

PC Training

Our second area of strength is PC training. Whether you're a beginner or you're already accomplished in PC techniques, we can help you advance your skills with remarkable speed and efficiency. We limit our classes to a maximum of 6 students so that we can give every student the attention which s/he deserves, and we offer every student unlimited, free telephone support. In short, we work hard to insure that everyone we train has a successful learning experience. Just ask any of the thousands of students who have attended our seminars since we began in 1983.

RxAssist Plus Software

In 2005, we introduced our first software product: RxAssist Plus, patient and medication tracking software. First developed under contract with Volunteers in Healthcare and funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, this software enables medical service providers to access pharmaceutical patient assistance programs to provide free and low cost prescriptions for their clients, as well as track medication and patient information.
